Toby is the founder of OptiBee AI Ltd. He works with business owners and their teams to understand how work happens today, find where AI can help, and introduce improvements that fit the people using them. The starting point is your workflow, not a particular tool.
How we work
An AI audit examines the processes, tools and recorded effort behind your business. It produces a costed 90-day plan. An embedded transformation engagement puts that plan into practice with your team. Bespoke builds address needs that existing software does not meet, including custom CRMs and workflow automation. Scope and price are agreed before work starts; implementation is scoped separately from the audit.

We work with UK small and medium-sized businesses that want a practical route into AI: less copying information between systems, better document handling, and software that supports the way their teams work. We are based in Manchester and can discuss remote or on-site work. The right approach depends on your processes, data and existing tools.
