Document Verification in Minutes, Not an Hour
An insolvency practice checked every client bundle by hand at 45 to 60 minutes a case. We built an AI system that reads bank statements, payslips and income forms whatever their layout, reconciles them against what the client declared and flags every discrepancy, plus the operating system the practice runs it from. The same check now takes 3 to 5 minutes.

Supplier Invoice Capture at 25 to 30 a Day
An installer was retyping 25 to 30 supplier invoices a day, around 20 hours a week. An AI audit sized it at roughly £20,000 a year from their own hours. We built the AI capture system, which reads every supplier layout and splits multi-invoice files, and the operating system their team reviews it in. On a 56-PDF test batch it read all 56 and recovered 58 invoices across 42 suppliers.
