- AI Audit: from GBP 2,500. For an SME, delivered in a week. Teams from £5,000, larger organisations from £7,500. We sit with your team, get into your tools and work out where AI saves the most time and money. You come out of it with a 90 day plan to become AI first, costed from your own recorded hours rather than guessed at.
- Embedded AI Transformation Partner: from GBP 2,000 a month. A month, three month minimum. We work through your 90 day plan with you as part of your team, building and introducing improvements one at a time so you see the benefit as we go rather than at the end.
- Bespoke Builds: from GBP 5,000. Scoped per build. AI native custom CRMs and personalised software, built when what you need does not exist yet. This runs alongside the programme above, or entirely on its own.

Scope and price are agreed before work starts. Implementation is scoped separately from the audit.
